Day 3, Thursday, August 25th  

Commodore’s dinner. In the beautiful Cité de l’énergie (https://www.citedelenergie.com), the organizing committee invites you to a gourmet meal with all the flavours of the Mauricie region made by Chef Justine (https://chefjustine.com). You will be able to enjoy the view from the tower throughout the night. The Cité de l’énergie is at a walking distance from the course.  

Canapes: french deviled eggs with smoked salmon and dill, seafood arrancini  and tortilla chips, mango mousse and smoked duck

Salads: beets with raspberries and amoureuse salad (spinach, red peppers, zucchini, green onions, cranberries, pumpkin seeds)

Main Meals: pork tenderloin with mushrooms and goat cheese or Lemon butter with almonds, trout fillet from St-Alexis-des-Monts, rice, radish and glazed carrots, 

Dessert: verrine with strawberries, chocolate crumble and Chantilly cream by Chef Justine. 

Price: $50+taxes

Day 4, Friday, August 26th

  

Athlete Retirement Recognition (At Podium) 

Lunch will be used for a small recognition of retiring athletes. Athletes will be invited to the podium and presented with a small gift. 

Alumni dinner

After cheering for the Black race, we invite you to continue your conversations and reunion on the patio of the Melville Island Park (https://ilemelville.com  on the other side of the course. After a beer from the Broadway microbrewery with artisan sausages from Les Gars des saucisses, you will be able to enjoy a delicious and colourful dinner by Chef Justine (https://chefjustine.com).    

Soup, salads, 2 main courses, carbs, veggies and dessert by Chef Justine.

elville Island Park Terrasse 

Open to all alumni. Retiring athletes will be more formally recognized and given the opportunity to make a 2-minute speech. 

Entry: cream of corn with green onion

Salads: three cabbage with apples and Chef’s green

Main Meals: kofta or chicken Cacciatore, couscous, green and yellow beans

Dessert: vanilla and raspberry cupcake

Price: $50+taxes, including your first drink

Day 5, Saturday, August 27th 

Masters’ reception. You will be able to eat or snack during our méchoui night to launch Nationals. Pork and beef méchoui on the grill with sauce, potatoes, mixed vegetables. Vegetarian option available with halloumi cheese and vegetables, with cake.

Day 6, Sunday, August 28th 

Masters’ dinner with music from Band to conclude the 2022 Nationals. Under the big tent on Melville Island, come to eat and celebrate with music from the ’70s with the Harmonie Band. A warm buffet by chefs Gilles and Claude from Buffet Claude, will be served after a beautiful competition day.
